

1 cup softened butter
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons almond extract or 3 teaspoons vanilla (if you use the almond extract also use 1 teaspoon vanilla)
5-6 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
cream together butter and sugar
add eggs and flavoring
add sour cream
mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl
mix dry ingredients to wet a little bit at a time
divide in to 4ths
wrap 3 of the sections of dough in plastic wrap and put in fridge (roll the 4th)
use 1 cup flour & 1/2 cup powdered sugar to roll and cut the dough
bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes DO NOT OVER COOK!!!!!-if they are even a little bit brown, you cooked them too long!
