Easiest dessert ever!

Oreo Ice Cream Pie

(or whatever kind on ice cream you want)

1 pre-made oreo pie crust

1 half-gallon oreo ice cream

1 can whipping cream

crushed up oreos

let your ice cream sit out and melt a little bit

open your pie crust

once your ice cream is melted (not completely, the edged should be melted but the middle will just be a little bit soft)

put about 3/4 of the carton of ice cream in the crust and spread it around until it is smooth

add your whipping cream how ever you would like ( i usually do a big amount in the middle and smaller around the sides)

sprinkle your crushed oreos over the pie

put the lid from the pie crust back on the pie and put it in the freezer until you are ready to eat but at least a couple of hours

ENJOY!!

I also like to use mint cookie ice cream or mint chocolate chip ice cream and then I use chocolate shavings on top rather than the crushed oreos!
